Are you a skilled relationship builder with a knack for sales and a passion for the events or insurance space? We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to own and expand our partnerships with wedding planners, venues, and event professionals.
Core Tasks:
- Proactively manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, including wedding planners, venues, and other event professionals.
- Conduct outreach through email campaigns, phone calls, and personalized communication to introduce prospects to the company’s services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Educate planners and venues on the benefits of company, addressing any questions and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with planners and venues, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Support and troubleshoot for clients during onboarding and as they promote the product.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and suggest improvements for the wedding insurance program.
Must-Haves:
- 4+ years of experience as an account executive or in full-cycle sales
- Strong communication skills via phone and email for client-facing interactions
- Demonstrated ability to learn new products and think critically during client conversations
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar)
- Experience working effectively in ambiguous environments
- English fluency (someone who has neutral accent)
- Ability to work on Central Standard Time (CST)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in insurance product services or events/weddings
- Prior account management experience

- Hunter.io - AE role is not utilizing this
- Ontraport - AE used this for lead enrichment along with propriety system
- Zoom
- Google Suite
- Slack - extensive usage
